1. Collaboration & Communication

  • 1.1 Service Delivery: Niiks strives to deliver the highest quality services in a timely manner. Each client works with an account manager as their point of contact. A successful partnership relies on timely, honest, and detailed feedback. Approval of deliverables is considered final, and no more revisions are allowed after approval.
  • 1.2 Social Media Account Issues: Since we work with third-party social media platforms, we cannot control issues such as connection errors, disconnections, or password changes. However, we will do our best to resolve errors within our control. For issues outside our control, please contact the support team of the relevant platform.
  • 1.3 Scheduling & Posting: You acknowledge that Niiks cannot schedule or post approved content until at least one platform has been connected to our Scheduling Platform. If you’re unable to connect your social media channels, it does not warrant a refund. However, you can manually download and post the content. Niiks’ posting and scheduling is a free, value-added service, meaning no pro-rated refunds will be offered for issues related to this.
  • 1.4 Support: Due to our low-cost, high-volume nature, we only offer support through our dashboard, live chat, or email. No calls are provided.
  • 1.5 Client Delays After Signup: Our service delivery begins once you’ve signed up and completed the questionnaire. If you don’t complete the onboarding questionnaire, it does not warrant a refund. Your payment(s) will turn into credits you can use in the future, which will never expire.
  • 1.6 Lack of Feedback or Approval: If you delay feedback, causing time-sensitive posts to become outdated, we will not replace them with new ones. If no feedback or approval is received within 30 days, no revisions for that batch can be requested.
  • 1.7 Respectful Communication: We will not tolerate rude, impolite, or disrespectful behavior. Such clients will have their accounts canceled without refunds.
  • 1.8 Best Practices: Please inform us immediately if you change your password. Also, ensure clear communication regarding your expectations and feedback.
  • 1.9 Storage of Deliverables: Deliverables will be stored for up to three months. After this period, you are responsible for saving the content. It may be deleted from our system beyond the three-month period.

2. Niiks Obligations

  • 3.1 Niiks provides services according to our policies. We reserve the right to reject clients for any reason.
  • 3.2 Our rules, policies, and procedures may change at our discretion. This includes pricing and package inclusions.

3. Fees & Payment

  • 4.1 Fees for services are payable in full, in advance. A valid credit card must be on file for monthly payments.
  • 4.2 Unpaid charges will result in service suspension. All payments are non-refundable.
  • 4.3 Cancellation can be done at any time via the Client Portal. Prorated refunds are not issued for early cancellations.
  • 4.4 Niiks will continue to provide services even if the client does not approve content. Unapproved content will be automatically approved after one month.

4. Warranty Disclaimers

  • 5.1 All services are provided “as is.” No refunds are available, and Niiks makes no guarantees on results or performance.
  • 5.2 Niiks disclaims all warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Indemnity

Clients agree to indemnify Niiks against any losses or liabilities arising from the use of our services or breaches of this Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Niiks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the last month of service.

7. Confidentiality Agreement (NDA)

By using our services, you may share confidential information with us. We commit to using this information solely for the purpose of delivering services and will keep it secure. This confidentiality lasts during the service provision and for two years afterward.

9. Miscellaneous

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes will be resolved there. Any amendments must be made in writing.
